Easy Magic Lemon Cobbler

Ingredients:
1 stick of butter (½ cup)
1 (21-ounce) can of lemon pie filling
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of buttermilk
1 teaspoon each of lemon extract and vanilla extract
1 ½ teaspoons of baking powder
¼ teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Place the butter in a 9×9-inch baking dish and melt it in the preheated oven.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
4. Stir in buttermilk, vanilla extract, and lemon extract until the batter is smooth.
5. Pour the batter evenly over the melted butter in the baking dish.
6. Gently spoon the lemon pie filling over the batter. Do not stir.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the cobbler is golden brown and bubbling.
8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
