Decadent Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsalted butter
1 cup milk
200g dark chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
Prepare the Cake Batter:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate together. You can do this in the microwave in 20-second bursts or use a double boiler.
