Making the Dough
Mix the wet ingredients In a large bowl, combine the warm milk, sour cream, salt, sugar, dry yeast, egg and oil. Beat with a whisk until all the ingredients are well melted and combined.
Add the flour:
Gradually add the flour to the mixture. Start mixing with a spoon and then knead the dough with your hands. The dough should be soft and pull away from the sides of the bowl. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour until you get the desired consistency.
Let the dough rise:
When the dough is ready, lightly grease it and return it to the bowl. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth or plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until it has doubled in size.
Prepare the
filling Mixed filling:
In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese (or young cheese), sugar, cornstarch and raisins. Mix the mixture well until all the ingredients are completely incorporated. Set the filling aside while you work with the dough. Shape

Once the dough has risen, knead gently to remove air bubbles. Divide the dough into 9 equal portions and shape into balls. Cover the dough balls with a plastic bag or damp towel and let them rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
Make the streusel:
In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, flour, and margarine (or butter) with your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Discard.
Roll out the dough:
Take a ball of dough and, using a rolling pin, roll it out into a thin, round dough. Brush the entire surface of the dough with melted butter, margarine, or oil. Fold the dough in half and press the edges together.
Fill the dough:
Place a tablespoon of filling on one corner of the folded dough. Seal the filling with the dough and press it with your fingers to seal it well. Continue folding the dough until the two ends meet and form a cone shape.
Repeat the process:
Repeat the rolling and filling process with the remaining dough balls. Fill the last dough ball with the filling and shape into a round ball. Assemble
the Pogača handheld device.
Arrange in the pan:
Line a round baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the filled dough cones in a circle in the baking dish and place the filled dough ball in the middle. This arrangement should resemble a flower
