1 cup of oats (100 grams)
1 grated apple (100 grams)
200 ml of water (3/4 cup)
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (5 ml)
1 sliced banana
1 tablespoon of oil for frying (15 ml)

Make the batter
Make the oat flour : In a blender, pulse the oats until they become a coarse flour.
Mix the batter: In a bowl, combine the ground oats, grated apple, water, egg, and vanilla extract. Blend until you have a smooth batter.
Cook the pancakes
Heat the pan: Heat a small amount of oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Cook the pancakes: Spoon small amounts of batter into the pan to form pancakes. Place a few banana slices on top of each pancake.

Fry until golden brown: Cook each pancake for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil to the pan as needed.
