Ingredients
β 2 cups potatoes, cut into medium-sized cubes.
β Sumac.
-A quarter cup of mayonnaise.
β Chopped pepper (as desired).
β A quarter cup of tahini.
β 2 cups of eggplant (peeled and cut into cubes).
β 4 crushed garlic cloves.
β Finely chopped parsley, a quarter cup.
β Lemon juice (as desired).
