    Marshmallow Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
    Ingredients:

    4 large sweet potatoes
    1 cup mini marshmallows
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
    Instructions:

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Bake sweet potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
    Slice open potatoes, fluff insides, and mix with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
    Stuff with mini marshmallows and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until marshmallows are melted and golden.
    Optional: Top with chopped pecans before serving.
