    What You Need: Miniature carrots
    one potato
    Creole seasoning, three teaspoons
    a tbsp of ground pepper
    2 heaping teaspoons of garlic powder
    *Garlic Powder, 1 tablespoon
    1/2 tablespoon of chopped celery
    1.5 teaspoons of fresh parsley
    1:1 liquid (water)

    Beef Roast Recipe for a Pot
    Slicing carrots and potatoes into small pieces
    Season the roast beef with the seasonings and brown it in a pan over medium heat.
    Added one cup of water and put in a casserole dish
    Cover with tin foil and add more Creole seasonings as desired.
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 25 minutes.
    After removing the tin, sauté the potatoes and carrots.
    Return to the oven and continue baking, this time without cover, for a further half hour, or until done.
