This No-Bake Cookie Cake is a delicious twist on the traditional no-bake cookie.
A month ago, my son was born. I inquired as to his birthday dessert preferences, and he mentioned a no-bake cookie cake.

Use gluten-free quick oats if you’re trying to avoid gluten in this recipe. 3 cups of quick oats
around three quarters of a cup of chocolate chips
ADHERENCE RULES
Get the first four things boiling.
Sauté for 30 seconds.
After the chocolate chips have melted, add the oats, vanilla, and chocolate chips. Stir until everything is mixed.
Transfer to a circular cake pan. Works well with either a 9-or 10-inch pan. (Parchment paper makes it simpler to remove from pan if you’re serving it from a cake platter or dish.)
Put in the fridge until set.
Divide into portions and present.
These may be stored for a few days in the fridge.
