Baked grated chicken cutlet

    Grey grated chicken cutlet with melting cheese
    Ingredients:
    4 chicken cutlets
    150g grated cheese (emmental, mozzarella or compote)
    200ml fresh cream
    1 tablespoon mustard (optional)
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    Salt and pepper…
    A few parsley leaves for garnish

    Preparation of the scallops:
    Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    In a pan, heat the olive oil and fry the chicken cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side, until lightly browned but not fully cooked. Season with salt and black pepper.
    Preparation of the sauce:
    In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, mustard and minced garlic. Salt and pepper to taste
    Assembling the gratin:
    Place the scallops in a baking dish.
    Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the scallops, then sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
    Cooking:
    Bake for 20 minutes, until the scallops are cooked through and the cheese is melted and grated.
