Crispy Chicken Tenders with Fries
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenders
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups frozen French fries
1 cup ranch or creamy dipping sauce for serving
Fresh chives for garnish
Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:
Prepare the chicken tenders: Season the chicken tenders with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside.
Set up the breading station: In one bowl, add the flour. In a second bowl, whisk the eggs. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
Bread the chicken: Dredge each chicken tender in the flour, dip it into the beaten eggs, and coat it with the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure it sticks.
Fry the chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken tenders in batches for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165Β°F). Drain on paper towels.
Cook the fries: Prepare the French fries according to package instructions, either by baking or frying.
Serve: Arrange the crispy chicken tenders and fries on a plate, serve with dipping sauce, and garnish with fresh chives.
